Hello, I've prepared and uploaded new long-distance content, lessons 1 through 10. The most important thing I consider when swimming long distances is breathing and establishing a proper breathing posture. Rolling your shoulders allows for a long exhalation, and breathing through your mouth allows for easy breathing control. This is my expertise gained from over 10 years of competing in long-distance swimming competitions, so feel free to watch it with confidence.
