Hello, I'm Crazy Seal. I'd like to share some tips for my specialty, long-distance swimming. You might think long-distance swimming doesn't involve kicking, but I used to. However, my arms get overloaded, and I often have trouble recovering in the latter half of the swim. I've been practicing using kicks to distribute energy and control my pace, and I'm so impressed with the method. I'm sharing it with you. You can shorten your lap time with kicks or maintain your pace by replacing your strokes with kicks. Kicking is a great way to propel yourself forward. However, if you have poor ankle and toe mobility, it's difficult to push the water back with your toes. #swimming #freestyle #longdistanceswimming #freestylekick
