35 Minute Sandbag Workout. Intense XFA Follow Along Workout
This 35 minute workout utilizes a sandbag. We work your core, upper body, lower body and cardiovascular stamina in the tough and intense workout. I use a 35 lb. sandbag for your reference. If you don't already have a sandbag they are available only or you can easily make your own with a strong backpack, some zip lock bags and sand or other filler material. There is a 3 minute warmup and cool down. The workout intervals are 40 secs of work and 20 secs or rest the entire way through.
