Korean Seaweed Soup - Miyeok-guk - 미역국 - HeyLittleJean Here's a delicious and super easy-to-make Korean soup: MiyeoK Guk (미역국). It's a soup made with Miyeok, or seaweed: 미역. You probably know it as wakame. It's a soup served to regenerate the body of a woman who has given birth. And since it's linked to birth, it's also made for birthdays. So if you have Korean friends, don't hesitate to make it for them on their birthday if they're used to these traditions :-) . Of course, you can also make it all year round; it's so delicious!
