On Day 9 of our Hong Kong Food tour we discovered Wah Fung in Hong Kong. They are not related to Wah Fung in NYC Chinatown but how does their char siu and duck stack up? We also had a final meal at Duddell’s in Hong Kong which is a Michelin star restaurant known for their char siu. How do they compare? What a delight to finish the tour with awesome char siu and duck.
