We thought we'd slow down after two big days. Then we ate twelve things in three hours 🍜🇭🇰 A Chef's Tour took us through local neighborhoods with a guide named Angel, and we worked through: Dim sum Milk tea + yin yeung Pineapple bun Street siu mai + cheung fun Peanut mochi Stinky tofu Roast pigeon Tofu pudding Most of it was excellent. A couple things were a stretch. That's the point.
