WELCOME to Day 1, friend! Today’s theme is Svadhyaya (self-study). Self-study gives us the opportunity to simply check-in with what’s working and what’s not. There are many different ways to practice, but today we’re practicing through JOURNALING. Journaling can bridge the gap between what’s happening in our heads and in our hearts. It can show us why we do what we do, how we experience ourselves, our environment and our place within it. It can also help to explore compassion for others, especially when we approach our journaling practice with kindness for ourselves.
