An nice sunny early evening at Derby railway station on the Midland Mainline with the sun going down, giving out a good sunset around twenty past four. All of this was shot between 3:25pm and 4:30pm, within that time had the kind of company I had hoped for, plenty of Class 37’s (the tractors of the british railways) along with the usual intercity, commuter services and the odd the freight. I had also hoped to capture the XC HST as well which would be this film last shot; but, because of affected track somewhere between Derby and Birmingham, it was continuously getting delayed, making the wait for it not worth it but hopefully for next time.
