This class is designed for those seeking safe and effective movement, ideal for seniors and those who want to improve their daily mobility. We'll begin with a breathing exercise to release tension, move on to coordination and strengthening exercises for the legs and abdominals, and conclude with a restorative stretch. Keeping muscles active and joints mobile is essential, which is why many of these movements are also perfect for osteoporosis exercises, helping to build stability and strength throughout the body while protecting the body.
