This time, I'll be explaining and demonstrating how to fillet a fugu weighing over 1.5kg. The filleting method is different from that for smaller fugu. You can also fillet a large fugu using the same method as for smaller fugu, but the meat will become smaller and the fun of eating a large fugu will be lost, so please remember this method.
