Recipe for mango cheesecake for Easter. I made this cake in a 24 cm diameter springform pan. Ingredients: 100g butter or margarine 200-250g biscuits 5 dl cream 400g cream cheese (plain or vanilla) 2.5 dl mango puree 1.5 dl sugar 2 tsp vanilla sugar (not mandatory if using vanilla cream cheese) 2 tbsp water 8 gelatine For the glaze: 4 dl mango puree 4 gelatine a splash of water Happy Easter!
