A Trip to Poole

Amanda and I took Morwenna on a trip to Poole in August. It was a bit choppy at times and the weather was a bit grey. The wind was from the west so a long upwind leg from Hurst Castle to Poole. Whilst in Poole, we explored the River Frome, up towards Wareham. This is a very pretty part of the world, not unlike the Norwfolk Broads, but it would look more stunning with blue skies and sunshine! The Dorset Coast is well worth a visit, both by sea and by land.
