Instead of showing you just what I eat in ONE day, I wanted to dive a little deeper and explain how I eat in general on most of my days and what my daily meal plan is like. What I eat in a day starts with what I grocery shop for so we also take a trip to the store so I can show you how I pick out the items that help me make my diet delicious and healthy. Shoutout to my Dad for the camera work and to my baby boy for being cute :) I also share with you one of my past restrictive diet failures and why I no longer restrict any food groups from my diet. I concentrate the majority of my meals on the nutrients that are healthy for me and support my body goals while periodically indulging in foods that I love and enjoy. Current calories: 2400 per day (to support my training and nursing my son) Current macros: 180g P, 240g C, 80g F (30% - 40% - 30%) higher carb to support nursing and my training goals.
