French Campaign 1893 - Part 2 - Light Cruiser Woes - UAD DIP - Brutal Legendary Difficulty

#ultimateadmiral #dreadnoughts #france While our armored cruisers excel with their new Mk2 guns and improved propellants, our light cruisers struggle against their Spanish adversaries. Annoyingly, our guns have too much penetration firing AP shells and end up overpenetrating their thin 1" iron armor belts, while the same thin armor is just strong enough to block our HE shells! Luckily these frustrations should be solved with a simple round of refits. To up the challenge a bit and make things interesting, I've modified the game a bit on my own. Some of that you may have seen (citadel rework, battle AI changes, etc) and some will be campaign specific; -Brutal Legendary Difficulty: AI income and tech multipliers up from 1.5 to 1.8 -Revolution GDP and growth nerf reversed to become a buff. If a nation is beated to the point hat the population revolts (revol = true), they will come out with a stronger economy rather than one that collapses into nothing.
