How Will This Work? Pork Rib Tips

After being disappointed the last few times at my favorite bbq restaurant when I ordered my rib tips, I decided to try making them myself. Were they worth it? Yes they were! I miss the “pit” flavor a little and next time (yes there will be a next time) I will make a dry rub that’s a little sweeter than the seasoning I used, but I am very happy with my little experiment. The rib tips are nice and meaty and just tender enough to satisfy. Easy to make, few ingredients and little hands on work.
