【サクソフォン五重奏】Dessin #12（Saxophone Quintet） 作曲：柳川 瑞季（Comp.by YANAGAWA, Mizuki） 演奏：Saxophone Boys（Played by Saxophone Boys） Dessin #12-1(0:01) Dessin #12-2(2:46) Dessin #12-3(4:14) ----- ＜楽曲解説＞（Music Commentary） 　ショーン・タンの画集『内なる町から来た話』を題材に、共通の音列を用いて作曲した全3曲の組曲です。 「月の魚」は持続音で神秘的な回遊を、「オウム」は反復と模倣で言葉の空虚さを、「蝶」では、躍動的なリズムと彩りの中に、最後に残る孤独という事実を映し出しました。そこには世界を蝕む不安や脅威の感覚も潜んでいます。 A three-movement suite inspired by Shaun Tan's illustrated collection Tales from the Inner City, composed using a shared tone row throughout. In Moon Fish, sustained tones trace a mysterious, drifting journey. Parrot uses repetition and imitation to evoke the emptiness of words. Butterfly, with its vibrant rhythms and colours, ultimately reveals a quiet truth the solitude that remains at the end. Beneath it all runs an undercurr ent of unease and threat, the kind that slowly erodes the world around us. And of course, I was once a second-year junior high school boy myself.
