The fire at the Coupang logistics center in Incheon is expected to be brought under initial control around 11 PM tonight (the 19th). The Incheon Western Fire Station held a field briefing this morning and stated, "The logistics center where the fire occurred is a large warehouse with a three-tier shelving structure," adding, "Due to the large volume of combustible materials stored there, high-temperature, dense smoke is making it extremely difficult to secure visibility inside and for firefighters to enter." They also explained the estimated time for the initial containment, stating, "It is difficult to measure precisely because various additional factors are at play," but added, "As of 7 AM this morning, we have roughly estimated the timeframe to be 16 hours later (11 PM)."
