Ozielzinho has built an audience of more than 700,000 subscribers on YouTube, and his instrumental “Isabella” has become a beloved piece among Brazilian guitar fans. Until a subscriber dropped his name in my comments, I had never heard of him. That’s exactly what this channel is for. In this video, I'm watching this Brazilian guitarist for the very first time. This is the 2022 re-recording of “Isabella,” and I want to see what makes his playing so special—the phrasing, the tone, and, most of all, the melody. By the end, I'll decide whether Ozielzinho should become a bigger part of the Chasing the Blues journey and whether there’s enough of a story here for a full documentary of his own.
