This time we’re diving into the incredible story of Tommy Johansson — guitarist, singer, songwriter, arranger, producer, multi-instrumentalist, former Sabaton guitarist, founder of Majestica, and one of the most creative musicians I’ve ever researched. What started with one comment under a Gary Moore video turned into one of the deepest rabbit holes I’ve gone down since starting this channel. I genuinely didn’t know who Tommy Johansson was… then nearly half my audience suddenly turned Swedish overnight, and I realised I needed to find out. What I found completely surprised me. This video follows the story from the Gary Moore music video that changed a nine-year-old boy’s life in northern Sweden, to recording The Loner alone in his bedroom at fourteen, winning the Swedish National Karaoke Championship, the Disney house party that led to Sabaton, and eventually standing on stage with Gary Moore’s son Jack Moore to help keep that legacy alive.
