Small Batch BIAB: The Sous Vide Way

A very economical way to brew all-grain beer for those with small spaces and/or small budgets, the small batch Brew in a Bag (BIAB) method of brewing is a great solution. Using the 'Avalon Bay SVS-100 Sous Vide Precision Cooker' (or similar sous vide device) to control your mash temperature, you bypass the need for additional bulky equipment (a mash tun and related burner) that you'd otherwise need for all-grain brewing.
