My Online Video Course My method is based on the archery movement of the ancient Chinese martial style Wenshengquan, taught me by grandmaster WangAn Lin and ZhaoBao Zhu in Beijing where I've lived for almost 10 years. Over the course of the last 15 years, I've completed the reconstruction of the practical Chinese archery method by studying all sorts of traditional archery practices, competing in international competitions and teaching in many countries. With over 30 years of Chinese Traditional Martial Arts on my back, I'm happy to teach the basics of the understanding of this profound form of self-awareness, concentration and inner-power development. The course is open to anyone from any or no archery/martial background. Level One: Body Principles 20 classes Structure and static postures, development of energy Neigong and movements slow and fast to help the comprehension of where the power comes from. Relaxation and internal power. Level Two: Chinese Archery 20 classes The 3 basic stances of Chinese Archery: Ritual, Target and Combat. Various methodologies and theories. Details of hand and feet methods as well as how to put the internal power into the archery practice. Level Three: Teaching 10 classes How to teach Chinese Archery.
