Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat, until it is completely liquid and warm. 2. Whisk the cocoa powder into the warm oil until it is fully dissolved, glossy, and completely smooth. 3. Slowly drizzle in the maple syrup while whisking. Ensure the syrup is at room temperature; if it is cold from the fridge, it will cause the coconut oil to solidify and clump. 4. Add vanilla extract and whisk. It will instantly thicken into a rich, velvety glaze. 5. You can store the mixture in a sealed jar or container in the fridge.
