The BEST foods to eat in your PREOVULATORY phase! 🥦
In the preovulatory phase, estrogen begins rising and getting higher and higher as ovulation approaches. This makes this phase of your cycle a great time to focus on foods that support healthy estrogen metabolism and excretion through supporting your digestion and liver! It's as easy as adding some sauerkraut or tempeh to your meals and enjoying lots of cruciferous veggies! Of course you can enjoy these foods all cycle long but the preovulatory phase is when your body really benefits from them and I explain why in the video!
