The BEST foods to eat in your OVULATORY phase!
In the ovulatory phase of your cycle, estrogen levels peak during ovulation and then dip as progesterone rises and takes over. This makes this phase of your cycle a great time to focus on foods that support healthy estrogen metabolism and excretion and healthy progesterone levels!
