In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of red chili pepper soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and a pinch of pepper. (For 200g of rice noodles, 3 tablespoons of the seasoning is appropriate.) 5. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the pan you used to fry the rice noodles, stir-fry the minced garlic, then add the sliced ​​onion and stir-fry briefly until fragrant. 6. Add the stir-fried beef and rice noodles from step 5, then add 3 tablespoons of the seasoning sauce and stir-fry thoroughly. 7. Once the noodles have absorbed the seasoning and have begun to color, add the bean sprouts and green onions, stir-fry, and serve. Your stir-fried beef rice noodles are complete!
