[이연복] 몽골리안 비프

Once you start digging, you can't stop digging! It's simple but delicious! 《Ingredient》 Striploin 300g Baby spring onion (or ordinary spring onion) Soy sauce, Sugar, Egg, Starch, Chicken powder, Garlic, Cooking oil, Pepper Food coloring(Optional) 《Recipe》 1. Slice striploin into bite size. 2. Mix egg white and starch at 1:1 ratio and pour in cooking oil little by little(1 ratio amount) until it gets like mayo. 3. Mix meat well with mix made from step 2 and rest for 10 mins. 4. Mix 6 spoons of water, 3 spoons of sugar, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of chicken powder and little food coloring(optional). 5. Chop spring onion at 5cm width. 6. Put enough oil on the pan then heat up to 170 celcius then cook the meat then take the meat out. 7. Leave 2 spoon of oil on the pan then stir fry minced garlic. 8. Put in the sauce made at step 6 then caramelize. 9. Stir fry with the meat then put in spring onion until just before spring onion die.
