【ブリのフィレ加工】山田水産 佐伯第二工場 水産加工部ツアー 社長も思わずくつろぐ 休憩室も大公開!!
今回は山田水産の佐伯第二工場、水産加工部を紹介!! 水産加工部では主に九州各地で獲れた天然ブリの フィレ加工や、ボラの加工などを行っています。前回と同様、工場長の溝濱さんに案内していただきました。加工場の他に社員さんたちの休憩室も初公開。海側に面した窓にあるテーブルや、話しやすい丸テーブル。そして山田水産といえば「畳」。実はどこの事業所の休憩室に畳が設置してあるんです。思わず社長もリラックス!!
