Beginner CORE WORKOUT Scoliosis Friendly- 10 mins yoga style!

Join me in this beginner scoliosis and fusion friendly core workout! It is set out in a yoga style so we can also stretch our body and take a moment to bring attention to our breath. All you need is a mat and a smile :D Disclaimer - every scoliosis and fusion is different, this may not be suitable for you. If anything hurts, please stop. These exercises are not specific for scoliosis, rather core strengthening in a way that is safe for most people with scoliosis - but maybe not all. Listen to your body. I have right thoracic left lumbar scoliosis, no fusion.
