Engage & Release Pelvic Girdle Muscles - Somatic Yoga Live Monday
This practice will help you to feel what its like to engage and release the muscles that support and move the structure of the pelvis: the sides, the back, the front and the bottom of your pelvic bowl. Knowing what both engaging and releasing these muscles feels like can alleviate hip pain and freedom to both the upper and lower body. Somatic Yoga Live Stream classes are offered Mondays and Wednesdays. You can join live at 8 am CST with time for questions and comments in the chat or catch the edited video recording (no chat - just the practice) later in the day. Practices with be 30-45 minutes plus optional community discussion after. Rituals develop with a combination of persistence, curiosity, acceptance,amazement and joy - that is what body prayer practices are all about. Start your day in moving meditation!
