BACK TO WORK | Mobility, Mindset & Lower Body Training (3 Weeks Out)

One week after Michigan State, it’s time to get back to work. This episode takes you through my Lower Body A training day, the mobility work that has completely changed the way I train, and some of the mindset shifts I’ve been working through after stepping off stage. Over the last year, I’ve focused heavily on improving my posing, core control, and overall movement quality. A huge part of that progress has come from working with Dr. Kyle ‪@DrKyleRichmond‬ who developed a progressive mobility program specifically for my limitations. What started as a way to address hip pain has completely changed how I move, train, recover, and connect with my lower body training.
