The star in this video is the Miyabi 5000MCD 90mm Petty. Miyabi knives receive a lot of hate (although hate might be a strong word) from the knife connoisseurs. I for one never roast or knock these knives. They are a gateway drug too many, and an end boss knife to others. They are certainly not crap in my opinion. Compared to Global knives.
