Real Mountain Village Life in Ukraine 🏔️ Hay Harvest, Traditional Cheese & Family Evening

🏔️ Welcome to another peaceful day in the high Carpathian Mountains, where Vasyl, Oksana, and their three children live a simple and authentic village life surrounded by nature. Today the family goes to the fields near the mountain river to make hay. 🌿 Vasyl cuts the grass with a scythe, while Oksana rakes and gathers the fresh mountain hay. Later, they climb high into the mountains where their potatoes are growing. Vasyl takes care of the plants, and Oksana collects wild thyme and small black berries for little Yaroslavych and for the family’s winter tea. 🍃 After returning home, the family loads a huge truck full of hay. Vasyl brings his old truck, and step by step they collect and carefully arrange the hay. Since they don’t have cows, they share the hay with their neighbor Grandpa Tolya, who needs it for his animals. 🚜 In the evening, Oksana prepares a traditional Carpathian sheep cheese called brynza. 🧀 The children happily help grind the cheese, and together they prepare homemade cheese pies. The whole family enjoys this traditional food made from mountain sheep cheese. While Oksana cooks, Vasyl prepares a tent outside the house. Tonight the family will sleep outdoors under the Carpathian sky, enjoying the fresh air, cool evening, and sounds of birds in the morning. ⛺✨ The day ends with a warm family dinner, homemade pies, and even their dog Bim gets a tasty treat. 🐶❤️ Thank you for watching this beautiful story of real mountain village life.
