Backyard Wedding Journey - Building Our Dream Venue Together

With 2 months to go to our backyard wedding we have lots on our to do list! This week we get to work in the section of our garden where we plan to host this special day. We built an A-frame arch to match the mountains using gum poles and finally decided exactly where we will stand during the ceremony! We used our 1978 Land Rover to collect rocks from our neighbours property and the 4x4 came in to use when we were temporarily stuck in the sand. We had a fun afternoon collection rocks that get used to line our garden beds and create the bonfire pit circle. We built a massive bonfire using branches that we’ve pruned from the fruit trees and can’t wait to see this burn and bring warmth. We also worked on our photo booth arch making use of an old broken trampoline. We share a tour of the space and give an idea of our plans. We still have lots to do so make sure to subscribe to follow along and leave a comment to let us know your thoughts. See you next time. We have had a few comments about contributing towards our wedding , If you would like to help us out every little bit goes a long way towards our special day in the ways of flower bushes, poles, lighting, hay-bails, and lots more. please see here - https://backabuddy.co.za/campaign/wan... #backyardwedding #diy #homestead diy backyard wedding, backyard wedding transformation, a frame wedding arch diy, gum pole wedding arch, how to build a wedding arch, 2 months to wedding timeline, vintage land rover series 3, old land rover 4x4 offroad, diy garden fire pit, diy stone garden edging, orchard branch bonfire, trampoline upcycling ideas, diy wedding photo booth backdrop, rustic backyard wedding ideas, backyard wedding vlog
