Completing the DIY Outdoor Kitchen

For the last 3 months we have been working on building a rustic outdoor kitchen among the mountains of South Africa. It started with the roof build using 6 meter gum poles and zinc sheets to waterproof the space then the deck build with came together slowly but so satisfying! We built custom counter tops and the biggest visual transformation was tiling. Now we are finally on the finishing touches to bring this space together. We decorate the space, bring in the couches and plants/ herbs for extra greenery. We love how the outdoor kitchen has come together! To celebrate we enjoy an experimental meal using Kumquat’s freshly picked from the garden. The final touch to any DIY project is ✨lighting✨ visit Stellar Lighting to see how you can glow up your outdoor and indoor space!
