QCity Transit 8015 MO Metrotec 16.250 (Volgren 'CR222L')

In this video we take a ride on QCity Transit bus rego 8015 MO, a 1999 Metrotec 16.250 with a Volgren 'CR222L' body. This bus was recorded on route 831 from Woden towards Queanbeyan. This unique bus originally entered service under Baxter's Bus Lines who used to run route services in western Sydney. Baxter's sold their route operations in 2005 - 2006 and this bus was acquired by CDC and incorporated into their Westbus operations. It was later transferred to their QCity Transit operations where we see it today. At some stage during its life it was fitted with air conditioning, evident by the fact that the bus features opening windows (two features that don't go together as air conditioned buses don't have opening windows).
