Pork Satay Lilit is a dish/food that is very popular in Balinese society. Both in religious and daily life. Here I will show you how to make my village version of Pork Satay Lilit (KETEWEL). Hopefully my video can be useful and useful for preserving the extraordinary Balinese cuisine. Ingredients: 1kg Pork, 1/2 to 1 coconut. Seasoning: Base Gede (2 finger joints of galangal, 1 finger joint of ginger, 10 cloves of shallot, 15 cloves of garlic, 3 finger joints of turmeric, 3 finger joints of galangal, 1 nutmeg, 1 tbsp pepper, 6 candlenuts, 1 tbsp lenge/sesame, 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp black pepper, 40 chili seeds, 15 cm jangu, 1 piece of brown sugar, 2 tbsp shrimp paste, 4 chili seeds, salt to taste, cooking oil).
