LAWAR KLUNGAH BABI PLEK A STYLE KETEWEL Lawar is a Balinese dish similar to Sayur Urab in Java. However, Balinese lawar usually uses meat as the main ingredient. There are many types of lawar in Bali, as well as different methods and techniques for preparing them. Here, I show you how to make Lawar Klungah, or Young Coconut Shell Lawar, with pork as the main ingredient. You can also use other types of meat. Ingredients: 1/2 kg pork 1/2 kg pork rind A little pork blood (for the red color) 5 young coconut shells 1/2 coconut Fried shallots Fried garlic Fried chilies Fried shrimp paste Black peppercorns Coriander powder Nutmeg leaves and lime fruit Young peppercorns (if available) Salt to taste Thank you for watching my video to the end.
