This time, the theme is "a simple Japanese breakfast" and the "mindful living" that begins with it. Freshly cooked rice, miso soup, savory grilled salmon, a rolled omelet, and colorful pickles. Arranging this classic "one soup, three dishes" meal on an Akita cedar serving tray sets the stage for a fulfilling holiday morning.
