Slow Living in the English Countryside | Artisan Bread & A Peaceful Forest Picnic

Join me for two peaceful summer days in the English countryside as I bake homemade Scottish Shortbread for my son before his trip, prepare a rustic artisan loaf from scratch, and put together a simple picnic inspired by both Spanish and British traditions. We'll make a seasonal Shortbread Trifle with fresh strawberries and blueberries, homemade sandwiches, and a traditional Spanish omelette before spending a peaceful summer evening at the beautiful Ludshott Common in Hampshire, surrounded by heathland, woodland, and the gentle light of a summer evening. Along the way, I share a small update about my health and thank you for all the kindness and support you've shown me over the past few months. It has meant more than I can say.
