This video is part 3 of the complete real-time workout to do at home during quarantine. This part of the workout consists of cardiovascular work and muscle toning. We start with a short cardio circuit to speed up our metabolism and burn calories. The second part is a full-body strength circuit; we'll tone legs, arms, and abs while continuing to burn calories. There will be 4 exercises; we do each one for 45 seconds, rest for 15 seconds, and do 3 complete sets of the circuit. At the end of the video you'll find the link to follow to part 4.
