Please join us for our traditional Lunar New Year's Eve Dinner. It's piping hot, and full of so many surprises... Thanks to Aunt Pamela (Christy's Cousin) for coming down from Taipei to join us for this epic meal, and lending a helping hand. In this video we partake in my wife's favorite meal of all time, and one of my most dreaded... Yet as a sign of my undying love and devotion, I welcome the challenge. Married to a Taiwanese wife, I should have remembered to ask if there were any "Naval Mines" floating in my food that were not meant to be eaten... alas, I found out the hard way (As you'll see in the video). I find consolation in the fact that the "umph!" and "kick-you-in-the-face" flavor and heat of those un-edible spices are probably good for my health. From our family to yours, we would like to wish you all the best in the New Year. May, "The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all."
