38 accused in Mpumalanga Education's R114 million fraud case granted bail
All 38 accused in the Mpumalanga Department of Education's 114 million rand fraud case have been granted bail. They include government officials and directors of companies that were awarded tenders by the Mpumalanga Education Department. It's alleged that they unduly benefited as due process was not followed, and in some instances prices were inflated and invoices paid without work being done.
