I get so many requests for Coffee Cake so I'm going to start with fulll guide to technique and a go-to Coffee Cake recipe that'll come out perfect every time.. :) Recipe: Egg 3 Brown sugar 75g Icing sugar 100g Flour 175 Coffee liquid 1tsp Coffee Powder 1tsp Butter 175g Walnut (Chopped) 50g Baking Powder 1tsp Frosting: Dark Chocolate 100g Liquid Coffee 2tsp Whipy Whip Cream 200g Directions: For Sponge.. Firstly add Butter and Brown Sugar in a bowl and slowly beat both with hand beater than add Icing Sugar in it and beat the mixture again and than add Eggs one by one and beat with hand beater again than once mix it with Spatula. Than add Liquid Coffee and Powder coffee and beat slowly with hand beater and in last after adding Flour, Walnut and Baking Powder mix them all. Than put butter paper in 8x8 round mould and apply butter around it for greasing and than pour the mixture in the bowl. Than bake it at 170 C temperature for 25 minutes. For Frosting.. Add liquid Coffee in Whippy Whip cream and apply icing on cake. Than garnish the cake with Dark Chocolate and serve.
