In a separate bowl, beat the egg white with a whisk until it becomes fluffy. Add icing sugar and beat further until a paste forms. Spread this paste evenly over the puff pastry sheet, then cut into stick shapes. Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes until golden and crisp. Creamy Coffee Cake Ingredient Eggs 4 pieces Sugar 120 grams Flour 120 grams Milk powder 40 grams Coffee 1½ tsp Oil 50 grams Whipy whip cream 150 grams Coffee as required Ganache as required Method: Beat eggs and sugar together until fluffy. Add oil, milk powder, and flour, then pour the batter into a 7-inch mold. Bake at 160°C until done. Mix coffee into the whippy whip cream and cover the entire cake with it.
