Old Rusty Chef Cleaver Restoration

Hello folks! Today I want to show you my new restoration project! I found this chef cleaver at flea market and bought it for USD $3. As I saw the steel is very good and in the process of restoration I found on the blade of cleaver a blacksmith sign but I have no idea what's doesn't means. Please if you know something about that blacksmith mark - leave a comment. Well, first of all I removed first layer of rusty with rust remover liquid. After that I use sandpapers and files to correct shape of blade and handle. Also, the rest rusty I removed with electrolysis. Then that I started to polishing cleaver. I use sandpapers with next gradation: 80, 120, 180, 320, 500, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500. Then I started to made cleaver handle. I use in my project two materials for handle. It's fenolik and textolite and bronze rivets. Finally, I use sandpapers to polish handle and made hard steel test to my cleaver. Sincerely, Alex. Thanks for attention!
