Warm up Format: 30sW 8 Movements Format: 60sW 20sR 2-4 Sets Repeater: 60sW/30sW 30sR Finisher: 30sW No Rest The only equipment for today is a mat/soft surface, a chair/box/bench, and some dumbbells. As a reference, today I’ll be using 2 x 12.5 Kg.   Make this workout your own! Go at a pace that’s comfortable for you, and keep that core engaged the entire time. Focus on the Quality of every rep over the Quantity! The timer is just a guide so take the extra rest when needed and also modify the movements as needed!
