Today is Day 1 and we're kicking things off with a challenging and effective full body strength workout that will target all major muscle groups and help you build lean muscle and increase functional strength! Grab your weights and get ready for an intense one-hour full body strength workout that will push your limits and leave you feeling strong and empowered! Warm up Format: 30sW 10 Movements Format: 60sW 30sR 4 Sets Each Finisher #1: 3.5 Minutes Work 30 Seconds Rest Finisher #2: 3 Minutes Work Equipment needed for today is a mat or soft surface and some dumbbells. As a reference, today I’m using 2 x 12.5 kg, 2 x 10 kg, and 2 x 7.5 kg. Make this workout your own! Go at a pace that’s comfortable for you, and keep that core engaged the entire time. Focus on the Quality of every rep over the Quantity! The timer is just a guide so take the extra rest when needed and also modify the movements as needed!
