The factory, one of the largest globally, produces high-quality track slabs using Japanese Shinkansen technology for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) corridor. Minister Vaishnaw highlighted the importance of these slabs, which will directly hold the rails without sleepers, ensuring precise alignment and track stability. The facility, spanning 19 acres, can produce 120 slabs daily and is set to manufacture 96,000 slabs for the 352 km rail corridor in Gujarat and DNH. #BulletTrainIndia #ShinkansenTechnology #HighSpeedRail #MadeInIndia
