CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY NO COMMUNICATION NO START

In today's video we take a look at a 2003 Chrysler Town & Country Van with a 3.3l V6 engine. The owners complaint is that the vehicle does not crank or start. They already paid a mobile mechanic to try and fix it. He replaced the starter motor but the van still would not crank.
