FORD FLEX WON'T START WITH KEY BUT STARTS WHEN STARTER IS JUMPED

In today's video we take a look at a 2012 Ford Flex W/ a 3.5l V6 engine. The owners complaint is that the vehicle will not crank when using the key in the ignition. However, the mechanic is able to crank and start the vehicle using a screwdriver to jump the terminals on the starter solenoid. Once they start the engine up, the vehicle runs and drives normal. The owner has already replaced the starter motor and the shop already had a locksmith come and look at it. According to the locksmith, there is nothing wrong with the key, however the mechanic told me that he found several codes when using a scanner to scan the vehicle.
